In 1975, we created a corporate logo. The colors
of red, white, and blue were chosen to show our
love for the USA. The red stands for desire and
determination, white stands for honesty and purity,
and the blue for dedication and commitment to work.
The symbol in the center represents two facets:
1. The two push points (triangles pointing at
each other) are materials used to install glass
in wood sash windows. 2. This hourglass shape
also, depicts sands of time and symbolizes the
longevity of the company.
With the founder’s names and the year of
our inception, the intent of the logo is to express
to all who see it that this company was founded
by two God-fearing men in 1926 and was built on
honesty, desire and determination. This is the
way that Lee & Cates Glass operated on day
one and the way that we will continue to operate
into the future.
